Class Description
Iyengar Yoga 1
​This 90 minute class explores the foundational postures. Students will learn basic standing, seated, twisted, back bending and beginner inverted poses, including shoulder stand, at a modest pace, learning how to use the props as needed The aim is to develop mobility, stability and strength.

Iyengar yoga 1-2
This is a general level 90 minute class which aims to build on the foundations and expand confidence and concentration. Headstand and basic backbends will be instructed. Students will gain in strength and fine-tune their awareness.

Restorative Yoga
This 90 minutes class soothes and settles the mind and body through a series of supported postures nourished by the breath It is ideal if your energy is low, your stress level high or you just want to be quiet and go inward.

Pilates for All
This 60 minute class is ideal for all fitness levels. Exercises are modified for those with physical limitations. The focus is on overall body awareness. The classes incorporate the key principles of pilates including; postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility.

Private Classes
This customized approach focuses on individual needs. It is also a fun way to take a private session between friends, colleagues or members of a family.

Zoom Classes
This 60 minute class via videoconference is interactive and an excellent substitute or compliment to attending classes in person.
